If the client can not see the video icon in the chat window please try the below before contacting support:
1. Make sure you have put your status online:
The switch it ON by sliding the button to the right. The button will turn green, that means it is active.
2. If your status was already set to “active”, but the client still can not call you, switch it off and back on again. Now check with the client if they see the video icon.
3. You may have been inactive for a while and the system may have logged you out. Try loggin out and back in again, activate your tour status and try again.
