The Chat was initiated but I don’t see my client

For the chat to function you need to give the application access to your camera or microphone.

If the chat was started but you can’t see the client, they most likely have not given access to the camera or microphone. In this case they will need to refresh their browser page, initiate the video call again and click on “ok” when prompted if the application can use their microphone and camera.
