If you can’t see your tour in the video chat window, please check the following before contacting support:
- Is the video chat activated for this tour?
- If not, go to “mm management > overview > click on the tour you wish to use > click on “virtual tours” > activate the chat for the tour
Now you should be able to see your virtual tour in the Video Chat dashboard.
When you activate the Video Chat on your virtual tour, anyone with a link to the tour and anywhere the tour is embedded will be able to start a video chat with you (if you have put your status to online in the Video Chat Dashboard)
