When you first sign up for My360 we ask you to confirm your email address before you can access the software. We do this to avoid bots signing up and slowing stuff down.
However, you might have signed up and never received any confirmation email! In this case, please do the following before creating another account or contacting support:
- Check your Junk folder
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure your email is working
- Did you put the correct email address in your account details?
Of none of the above works for you, then please contact email@example.com or start a new chat below. We can then resend your login link to you again.
