Wanneer je je voor het eerst aanmeldt voor My360, vragen we je om je e-mailadres te bevestigen voordat je toegang krijgt tot de software. We doen dit om te voorkomen dat bots zich aanmelden en dingen vertragen.<\/p>\n

Het is echter mogelijk dat je je hebt aangemeld en nooit een bevestigingsmail hebt ontvangen! Doe in dit geval het volgende voordat je een ander account aanmaakt of contact opneemt met de ondersteuning:<\/p>\n

  1. Controleer je map met ongewenste e-mail<\/li>\n
  2. Controleer je spam folder<\/li>\n
  3. Zorg ervoor dat je e-mail werkt<\/li>\n
  4. Heb je het juiste e-mailadres in je accountgegevens ingevoerd?<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
